Cannot sync ADF (formatted) text with Jira Cloud

Issue Summary

With the introduction of Atlassian Document Format to Jira Cloud, Jira Align can no longer sync rich text between the two platforms (previously, Jira Align required the use of an HTML plugin).

Note: Rich text syncing is currently supported between Jira Align and Jira Server / Data Center with the use of an HTML plugin (plus the appropriate Jira configuration and connector configuration).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Integrate Jira Cloud and Jira Align
2. Trigger sync of formatted text from Jira Cloud to Jira Align

Expected Results

Text formatting is retained and can sync bidirectionally.

Actual Results

Text formatting is lost after syncing.

Workaround

Currently, users can only sync plain text bidirectionally.
