Issue Summary

User Profile : Profile picture is missing from Profile page and other places

^NOTE Issue has been noticed after 10.77 deployment

Same behavior has been noticed for TEAM LOGO and work item attachments as well

Steps to Reproduce

• Browse to User Profile page
• Notice previously loaded & functional picture is now missing

Expected Results

• Profile picture is regularly displayed at:
  • User Profile page
  • any other places the picture is used in full form or thumbnail version

Actual Results

• Profile picture is missing from:
  • User Profile page
  • any other places the picture is typically displayed in its full form or thumbnail version

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
