      Issue Summary

      Forecast: Expanded Release section becomes collapsed when closing Epic/Capability edit panel

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login
      2. Go to the Forecast report.
      3. Expand any Release.
      4. Click on the title of any Epic or Capability.
      5. Close Epic/Capability edit panel.

      Expected Results

      The expanded Release section is still expanded.

      Actual Results

      The release section becomes collapsed.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
