Issue Summary

Epic: PI Points bellow the progress chart are displayed in the reverted order.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Create an Epic in Program that is using Points estimates and has multiple Pis assigned.
3. Assign Epic to multiple PIs and set Points for each of them.
4. Check Points list bellow the Progress chart.

Expected Results

Points are listed in the same order as PIs on the Epic edit panel.

Actual Results

Points are listed in the reverted order.
I believe this is applicable for Capabilities as well
And I believe that this is applicable for other estimation systems

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
