Themes/Import: 'No History returned' appears in the audit log for Themes that were created through the Import

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Go to the Themes grid.
3. More Actions>Import.
4. Download the Template.
5. Open the file.
6. Fill in all required fields for at least one new Theme to be imported.
7. Save.
8. Import file to Jira Align.
9. Open Theme.
10. Check the Audit log.

Expected Results

The audit log contains an entry that Theme was created through Import and provides a list of fields that were set.

Actual Results

'No history returned' message appears.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
