[JIRAALIGN-1971] "Capitalized" column for Capability backlog not added in the details panel settings

Issue Summary

The Details Settings in Administration includes toggles to hide column to be selected in the backlog. One of them, "Capitalized", is available in for 2 items:

• Epic
• Feature

However, in the backlog, Capitalized is a column option that exists for 3 items:

• Epic
• Capability
• Feature

As a result, it is possible to hide this "Capitalized" column for Epic and Feature, but not for Capability

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Administration> Details panel settings> look at option for a given program, for work items Epic, Feature and Capability
2. Go to Backlog, for the same program (set in top tier filter) and go to the # column selector. Check the options available for Epic, Feature and Capability

Expected Results

Remove the "Capitalized" option from Capabilities backlog. It should be available for Epics and Features only.

Actual Results

The "Capitalized" option can be hidden for only 2 out of 3 work item in Displays Panel Settings

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
