Epic Planning chart - label for red line on chart is incorrect

Issue Summary

The label for the red line on the Epic planning report is incorrect.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Epic details slide out for any in-progress epic that has children
2. Click Show More
3. Click on Epic Planning

Expected Results

The Features Accepted label and tooltip should be updated to reflect the correct estimation system. The Expected label should be updated to tie out with other burndown charts. The colors should also match other burndown charts.

Actual Results

If you look at the graph, the orange line says it is Features accepted, but that is NOT correct. In the attached screen shot, you will see that the example epic has 6 features, but the chart is showing a starting point of 42. So, it's NOT features accepted.

If you look further down on that chart, it shows the epic Backlog. There, if you add up the Team weeks, that DOES = the 42, so the red line SHOULD be team weeks remaining.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
