[JIRAALIGN-1958] Release: Audit log is missing

Issue Summary

Audit log appears when a Release/Program Increment slide-out is loading and disappears when it's loaded.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a details slide-out of a Relase/PI.
2. Observe the right section when loading

Expected Results

Audit log should display

Actual Results

When loading, the "Audit Log" link temporarily appears and disappears when loaded.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
