[JIRAALIGN-1939] ADO: Story is not showing as parent in Jira ALIGN when sync 1000+ child tasks

Issue Summary

There are some issues on syncing of the big volume of tasks from ADO

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create Story 1 with 1000 child tasks in ADO

1. Run sync

1. Open the Story 1 edit slide out in JA

Expected Results

There are 1000 child tasks under Story 1 in Jira Align

Actual Results

Tasks do not sync

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
