Issue Summary

Theme: "Long valued 'Strategic Initiative' is shifting text fields"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to JA
2. Go "Administration" -> "Platform" -> "Dropdowns" and select "Strategic Initiative" as a value of "Dropdown" field.
3. Add a new value. (Should be a long text) and press "Save Dropdown" button.
4. Go "Themes" grid. Open any existing theme here.
5. Select "Strategic Initiative" as a value that you've created in step 3.
6. Observe most of the text fields are shifted.

Expected Results

When long value selected in "Strategic Initiative" dropdown, it shouldn't shift the other fields on the panel.

Actual Results

The text fields get shifted when a long valued dropdown item is selected.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
