Issue Summary

Some values entered when setting up a workflow for state type "Value Stream" gets cleared after clicking "Save"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup a Value Stream to a Feature work item
2. Navigate to Feature's Grid.
3. Click More Action > Workflow
4. Set the State Type: Value Stream with Level: Feature
5. Input other details required
6. Click Save.

Expected Results

Entered data should be saved.

Actual Results

Steps and message section got cleared.

This behaviour works fine for State Type: Standard States

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
