[JIRAALIGN-1867] Connector Jira - The rich text doesn't support <colgroup> HTML tag

Issue Summary

When syncing descriptions from Jira with HTML format some of the tags are saved as plain text aside from the proper HTML rendering.

Steps to Reproduce

This particular test was made using

1. Install JEditor in Jira
2. On Jira side, input text with HTML tags (see attachment)
3. Sync the change with Jira Align
4. All the <colgroup> will be saved as plain text

Expected Results

Jira Aling keep the same HTML format as Jira

Actual Results

<colgroup> tags are saved as plain text
