[JIRAALIGN-1863] Checklist item description hidden by horizontal scrollbar

Issue Summary

Checklist item does not display the full text.
The issue happens on the Item description field, that conflict at the bottom with the scrollbar (horizontal) that allows switching to checklist items

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a checklist
2. Edit at least one checklist item, and add text long enough so it needs to be scrollable to see the entire text.
3. After saving the changes, load the checklist on the bottom of the screen and observe the whole text.

• The issue appears in 10.76 and 10.77 (ac10xm2 & ac10x test labs)
• The issue does not appear in 10.75, which tend to indicate this may be due to a recent change

Expected Results

The whole text should be visible in any circumstances

Actual Results

the checklist description in most cases has the last line obfuscated by the scrollbar, when the checklist has many items. 

Workaround

We could make the text appear in full by stretching the window enough so there is no horizontal scrollbar ( stretch horizontally so all checklist items are visible)
