Issue Summary

Team field in Action Items are listed/named as "board"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Action Item Report
2. Select "Add New"
3. enter the details, select a release/PI, 
4. "board" drop-down menu appears, but teams are listed in this field

Expected Results

The field name should be "Team" instead of "Board"

N/A, use this field as team field, ignoring the "board" naming
