[JIRAALIGN-1847] Team Room: After constant page refresh the 'Complete sprint' button appears on completed sprint and closes the next sprint if clicked

Issue Summary

After the constant page refresh, the button 'Complete Sprint' can appear on the completed sprint page and if the user clicks it - it closes the next active sprint

Steps to Reproduce

There should be two active sprints in the system - sprint1 and sprint2. The state of both sprints should be In Development.

1. Open the team room for the sprint1 from the preconditions
2. Using the functionality on the page close the sprint (the button on the top left of the page)
3. Navigate to the sprint2
4. Refresh the page
5. Navigate to the sprint1

/// Repeat steps 3-5 until the 'Complete Sprint' button appears for the sprint1

       6. Press the 'Complete Sprint' button and confirm in the modal

       7. Validate if the sprint2 is still In Development

Expected Results

Sprint2 is still In Development

Actual Results

Sprint2 is closed

Workaround

Do not refresh the page constantly and if the closed sprint has the 'Complete' button - do not complete already completed sprint.
