Issue Summary

Epics/Capabilities Grid: Filtering by Release = Unassigned Backlog is not working

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Go to the Capabilities or Epics grid.
3. Apply filter by Release. Set operator to = and Release to Unassigned Backlog.
4. Check the results.

Expected Results

Only Epics/Capabilities that are in the Unassigned Backlog are listed.

Actual Results

All Epics/Capabilities are listed. The list is not filtered at all. Not filter information in Tier 3.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
