Issue Summary

Assessments : Unable to launch Columns Shown details window

Steps to Reproduce

1. Browse to Agile Assessments page (Assessments.asp)
2. Click Manage Assessment button to browse to Assessment Planning grid (AssessmentGrid.asp)
3. Select any portfolio at tier1 filter options
4. Click Columns Shown button to launch Columns Shown details window

Expected Results

1. The Columns Shown details window is displayed, allowing end-users to chose which columns should be shown.

Actual Results

1. The window is quickly displayed along with a green toaster, then it is suddenly closed.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
