[JIRAALIGN-1839] Assessments : Save and Close or Delete an entry cause "Assessments grid" page to load inside itself

Issue Summary

Assessments : Save & Close or Delete an entry cause Assessments Planning grid to load inside itself

Steps to Reproduce

1. Browse to Agile Assessments page (Assessments.asp)
2. Click Manage Assessment button to browse to Assessment Planning grid (AssessmentGrid.asp)
3. Click on any assessment to open its slide-out panel
4. Delete it or click Save & Close button

Expected Results

1. Work item is either deleted or saved, slide-out is closed and focus return to grid (previously loaded page)

Actual Results

1. Work item is either deleted or saved, slide-out is closed and previously loaded page is reloaded inside itself, but is empty.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
