Issue Summary

When user double clicks to open of each task view all task under a project duplicate. Please see the video.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1 - Double click the task section to expand the task view
2. Step 2 - Notice that the list of task duplicate

Expected Results

Task shouldn't duplicate

Actual Results

All tasks are duplicated. 

Workaround

User has to refresh the page when this happens

If the user only clicks once this doesn't happen
