Status Reports: Program and Portfolio cards are not showing proper Users data

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login
      2. Go to the Status Reports.
      3. Open landing Page for Program or Portfolio Status reports.
      4. Check users bubbles that are populated on the Status report card.

      Expected Results

      Remove user bubbles

      Actual Results

Those users indicated on the cards are team owners. Based on the code, team owners by default are the ones who created the Portfolio/Program.
It looks like this is from the old implementation where we can manually set the Agile/Kanban team owners. And if you associate this team to the Program, it will also display the Agile/Kanban team owner. However, with the recent versions, when we create an agile team, there is no option to indicate a team owner. Even in the database, this is set to NULL.

So if you create a new program and assign newly created teams to that, it will just show a single owner to that program card which is the one who created the Program.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
