[JIRAALIGN-1828] Features Grid page, filter by State, but "Filtered by" shows Status

Issue Summary

If a user goes to the Features Grid page and filter by State, the "Filtered by" at the top of the page will show filtered by Status instead of State.

Reproduces on https://ac10xm2.agilecraft.com

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Features Grid page, click "Apply Filters"
2. Enter a filter for State = <<pick any state>>

Expected Results

The top of the page shows a filter applied that says:
Where State = 0 - Pending Approval (or any other value)

Actual Results

Top of screen shows:
Where Status = 0 - Pending Approval (or any other value)

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
