Forecast: 'Value Stream' term not tied to the terminology

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login.
2. Go to the Platform Terminology. 
3. Change the term for 'Value Stream' singular and plural. 
4. Go to the Forecast and turn the Value Stream column. 
5. Check the report. 

Expected Results

'Value Stream' term is tied to the terminology in the Columns shown and on the Forecast grid.

Actual Results

Term not tied to the terminology. 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
