Issue Summary

In many items, the textbox allows manual edit alongside the selection with the calendar widget.

The objectives in the other hand, do not have this textbox enabled for manual edit, which makes inconsistent with the rest of the other date  fields

Steps to Reproduce

• NEW RELEASEManual edit + Calendar widget selection available

• NEW OBJECTIVE
  No manual edit available, only calendar widget selection
  
  

Expected Results

The manual date input should be enabled in all dates fields

Actual Results

Manual edit is not active on Objective items
