Issue Summary

Import: 500 error when importing users

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Go to Administration>People.
3. Select Import in More Actions. 
4. Download the Template. 
5. Fill all required fields in the Template. 
6. try to import it back to the System. 

Expected Results

The file is uploaded and user is able to start the import. 

Actual Results

500 Error appears.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
