[JIRAALIGN-1794] Release: Typo in the warning

Issue Summary

Release: Inconsistent work of fields and typos in warning

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Go to the Releases
3. Open any Release.
4. Remove description and click away from the field

Expected Results

'Description cannot be empty' warning should appear.

Actual Results

'Description can not be empty' warning appears.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
