Issue Summary

"Select a Needed By" error message is thrown when creating a Dependency among a Kanban Team and an Agile Team

Steps to Reproduce

• Pre-requisite : Need By must be enabled and required in the Details Panels Settings for Dependencies work item type

1. Browse to Dependencies page; then click Add Dependency button
2. Fill in as necessary
3. Inform a KANBAN team in the Requesting Team field
4. Inform an AGILE team in the Depends On field
5. Inform Needed By date by selecting a date in the calendar
6. Click Save or Save & Close button
7. Notice the red toaster presenting the error message:
   "Select a Needed By"

Expected Results

• The Dependency should be created

• Notice the red toaster presenting the error message:
  "Select a Needed By"

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
