[JIRAALIGN-1787] Jira Align Roadmap does not display active chat icon

Issue Summary

The chat column (indicator) in Roadmap does not seem to show if there is chat history on a work item. For example, on the Epic Grid, if chat comments are added to a work item, there is an indicator on the chat bubble that shows how many comments have transpired.

If the user changes over to the Roadmaps page and adds the chat column via "View Configuration" settings, the chat indicator for the very same work item shows nothing.

This can be observed on ac10xm2.agilecraft.com.

Here is an example screenshot from the Epics grid for a work item (Epic #3123) with two comments:

Now, navigate to the Roadmaps page and note that the chat icon beside of Epic 3123 shows no message indicators.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to the instance and navigate to a grid for any work item. In this case, I used the Epics grid.
2. Click the chat icon for a work item and add some comments.
3. Navigate to the Roadmaps page.
4. If not already enabled, click the View Configuration button and check the "chat" box to enable the Chat column.

Expected Results

The chat message indicators for work items should be consistent across different pages. If there are chat message indicators on the Epic grid for an item, there should also be the same indicators on the Roadmaps page.

Actual Results

Message indicators are not the same across different areas of the application

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
