Issue Summary

Before Release 10.73, Jira Align used to accept Custom Fields of type Date for "Accepted Date". But now it only allows DateTime fields. Otherwise, the Story doesn't update the State to "Accepted"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Jira and create a Custom Field of Type Date
2. Configure the same to be used as "Accepted Date" in Jira Align
   1. "Administration > Jira Settings > Jira Setup"
3. Jira Align will "ignore" the filed and Stories won't be "Accepted"

Expected Results

Stories should be "Accepted" once the Custom Field of type Date is set.

Actual Results

Stories State don't "move" to "Accepted" once the Custom Field of type Date is set.

Workaround

Configure the "Accepted Date" with a field of type Date Time type.
