      Issue Summary

When clicking the Epic trace via the Epic slide-out form. The Portfolios section of the Trace report is listing more portfolio's then it should. We are seeing portfolios that have no relation to the programs tied to Epic?

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Step 1 - Link a program to a PI
      2. Step 2 - Link an Epic to the same PI
      3. Step 3 - Link another program to the same PI
      4. Step 4 - Then associate a theme to that PI and link that them to the same Epic above
      5. Step 5 - Open the Epic's slide-out
      6. Step 6 - Click epic trace link on the right-hand side and notice the associated Portfolio's

      Expected Results

      • It should show the portfolio directly assigned to the Epic
      • It should show any parent portfolio of the assigned programs for the Epic
      • The trace should reflect the work item and associations
for the work Item as child-parent relationships.
        Portfolio field

      Actual Results

      • It is associated with the program directly associated with the epic or with one of the additional programs associated with the epic
      • It is associated with the program associated with the theme of the epic
      • It is associated with a program that is associated with a release (PI) associated with the epic
      • It is associated with a program that is associated with a release (PI) that is associated with the theme of the epic
