      Issue Summary

      Clicking save on workitem via the backlog view users hit an error on server. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      Scenario 1:

      1. Step 1 - Navigate to the backlog
      2. Step 2 - Open work item
      3. Step 3 - Click Save

      Scenario 2:

      1. Navigate to backlog
      2. Feature backlog
      3. Expand PI backlog section

      Expected Results

      Shouldn't see server error

      Actual Results

      Error on server

      Workaround

      Not consistently happening we encountered this issue while troubleshooting another problem.
