[JIRAALIGN-1763] Tags Option has no effect inside the Columns Shown dialog for Feature Backlog

Issue Summary

On the Feature Backlog, users have the option to show/hide the Tags column inside of the Columns Shown dialog.

However, if the user selects or de-selects the Tags field, the Labels column is visible in both cases and no separate Tags column is displayed. Either the Tags field should be removed from the Columns Shown dialog or it should control the display of the Labels column in the grid.

This can be demonstrated in ac10xm1.agilecraft.com

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to Jira Align and navigate to the Feature Backlog
2. Verify that a Labels column exists - see screenshot. Note that tags are included in the labels column:
   
3. Click columns shown on the Backlog page.
4. select and deselect the "Tags" option

Expected Results

Either the Tags field should be removed from the Columns Shown dialog or it should control the display of the Labels column in the grid.

Actual Results

Checking or un-checking the Tags box inside Columns shown has no effect on the display of tags. Tag display looks to be completely controlled via the drop down menu in the labels column.

Workaround

To control whether or not tags are displayed in the feature backlog, use the drop down menu and click the appropriate radio button to enable / disable tag visibility.
