[JIRAALIGN-1756] Table header column not lining up in Status Report in Financial View

Issue Summary

Upon navigating to the Status Report page (Financial view), row 1 (the table header) does not line up with the rest of the table rows. Even after hiding most of the columns, the rows will still not line up. This is not an issue in the Status view.

Reproduces on https://sa-dhuether.agilecraft.com/ and https://ac10xm1.agilecraft.com

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in, and on the left hand menu, search for and navigate to Status Reports
2. Select Program bring up a list of program-level reports
3. click on a program. On ac10mx1, click on "2Byrd" program.
4. when on the status reports page, click "Financials view"

Expected Results

Column headers should all be properly aligned

Actual Results

The table header row is shifted to the left. See screenshot

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
