Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Go to the Progress by Objective report.
3. Scroll to the Objectives Planned Vs Actual section.
4. Check if the Planned value from Stretch Objectives is included in the Planned totals.

Expected Results

Stretch objectives should not be included in Planned value metrics on the Objectives Planned Vs Actual report

Actual Results

Planned value from Stretch Objectives is included in the Objectives Planned Vs Actual

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
