Issue Summary

Dependency: Changes to Feature assignment are not captured in the Audit log

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Go to the Dependencies grid.
3. Open any Dependency.
4. Assign it to a different Feature and save changes.
5. Open Audit Log.

Expected Results

Feature reassignment is captured in the Audit log.

Actual Results

This action is not captured.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
