Issue Summary
Owner field doesn't sync from Align to Jira on-prem if the intended Jira user's email ID has a similar email ID.
Steps to Reproduce
- Sync an Align feature to Jira on-prem
- In Jira on-prem(Server/DC), make sure you have two users with a similar email but not the same
Example:- user 1: user.1@email.com
- user 2: user.2@email.com
- Add user 1 in Align and to the program.
- In Align, set user 1 as the owner of the feature in step 1
- wait for sync
Expected Results
Owner field should sync
Actual Results
Owner doesn't sync
The below warning is captured in Splunk
