Owner field doesn't sync from Align to Jira on-prem if the intended Jira user's email ID has a similar email ID.
- Sync an Align feature to Jira on-prem
- In Jira on-prem(Server/DC), make sure you have two users with a similar email but not the same
- user 1: firstname.lastname@example.org
- user 2: email@example.com
- Add user 1 in Align and to the program.
- In Align, set user 1 as the owner of the feature in step 1
- wait for sync
