[JIRAALIGN-1748] Release Vehicle Roadmap: Last location saved is invalid

Issue Summary

When a user navigates to Release Vehicle Roadmap, the last location saved is from an invalid endpoint causing timeouts when the user tries to log back in.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Release RoadMap (ReleaseVehicleRoadMap)
2. Logout
3. Try to log back in

Expected Results

Users should be able to log in and back to Release RoadMap page

Actual Results

Users will get a 404 page or will get a page timeout when SSO is enabled.

Workaround

When you a user tries to log back in, please indicate a different endpoint so that the last saved location will not be used.

• Example: https://<your instance>/default?FirstTime=True

With SSO enabled, you should use the following link to access Jira Align and "overwrite" the Last Location.
