Issue Summary

Time Tracking Reports: List of approvers in Detailed time Export file is not limited to the User that was selected on the report configuration

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Go to Time Tracking.
3. Select Reports tab.
4. Click on Detailed Time Export.
5. Select Some Time Approved.
6. Export.
7. Open the file.

Expected Results

Approvers list is limited to the User that was selected in Step 5

Actual Results

Additional Approvers are added to the list

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
