      Issue Summary

      Features: Risk is not inheriting Features Release

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login.
      2. Open any Epic, Capability, or Feature.
      3. Scroll to the bottom of the for.
      4. Click Add in Risks section.
      5. Check Add Risk form that appears after this.

      Expected Results

      Release on the Add Risk for is set to the same Release that is selected for Parent Epic, Capability, or Feature.

      Actual Results

      The release is not inherited from the Parent

      Workaround

      To define the Release manually.
