Description
Issue Summary
Scope change report: Report ignores Program assignment for Cancelled features.
Steps to Reproduce
- Login
- For any Release that is assigned to a few Programs create a Feature and Assign it to the Release and any Program.
- Cancel this Feature.
- Go to the Release Scope change.
- Set the Context Menu to the Program Feature from Step 2 is not assigned to and select Release feature is assigned to.
- Check the report.
Expected Results
The Feature doesn't appear.
Actual Results
Feature appears.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
