Issue Summary

Epics: List of Releases do not include Releases from additional Programs on Add Epic panel

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Go to the Epics grid.
3. Click on Add Epic.
4. Fill all required fields.
5. Select some Primary Program.
6. Select a few Additional programs.
7. Click in the Releases Box.

Expected Results

The list is populated with the Releases that are linked to Primary and Additional Programs.

Actual Results

Only Releases that are linked to the Primary program are listed.

Workaround

To Save the Epics and update the list after initial saving.
