[JIRAALIGN-1740] Program Room: No misaligned stories detected

Issue Summary

Given you have a Feature with Stories that are assigned to Sprints, when you move the Feature to the unassigned backlog and don't do anything with the stories, the stories do not appear in the misaligned stories section of the program room. The expectation is that these stories should appear in the misaligned stories section because the stories are still assigned to a sprint associated with the PI but the Feature is in the unassigned backlog.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Feature with stories
2. Make sure your feature is assigned to a PI and the child stories are assigned to sprints associated with the PI.
3. Navigate to Program Room and you should have no misaligned stories by now.
4. Move the features PI in step 1 to "Unassigned backlog"
5. Refresh your Program Room and observe

Expected Results

Misaligned stories should be detected because the stories of the moved feature are still assigned to a sprint that is associated to the PI.

Actual Results

No misaligned stories detected.

Workaround

Users have to manually open the story and hit save so that it will be detected in the program room as misaligned.
