Issue Summary

In capability backlog, the page becomes unresponsive when trying to load around 2000 capabilities.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set your T1 filter to just Portfolio
2. Make sure that portfolio has around 2000 capabilities
3. Navigate to Backlog > Capabilites backlog
4. Set the view to Kanban > State View
5. Observe

Expected Results

Page should load

Actual Results

With the amount of data being rendered on the page, there are cases that Chrome will display "Page unresponsive"

This gets worst for more work items.

Workaround

Just click wait on your browser when the message is unresponsive message is displayed.
