[JIRAALIGN-1724] Epic: PI Estimation (feature points) Label Shows Story Points

Issue Summary

Wrong label for "Points" on the Portfolio Epics. When users choose the "Points" based estimation under the Portfolio Tab in the platform setting, they are expecting the "points" field to be available on Features and Epics. This is working well but the problem is that on the Portfolio Epics, the label displayed is "Story points" instead of just Points when we enable these settings.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1 - Enable portfolio estimation to "points" base
2. Step 2 - Create an epic and select PI (along with other required fields)
3. Step 3 - Then expand full details to review the estimations label

Expected Results

The label should show as "Points"

Actual Results

Label shows as "Story Points"
