[JIRAALIGN-1712] Attachments: Trace report should only show the attachments for the work item viewed

Issue Summary

When viewing the trace report for example for features - all attachments from the child stories, as well as from the parent capability and epic are shown in the attachment section.

Steps to Reproduce

There should be a work item hierarchy of epic-capability-feature-story. Each wor item should contain at least one attachment.

1. Open feature from the preconditions
2. Click on the 'Trace This Feature' link on the right panel
3. Locate the Attachments section and validate if only the feature attached file is being displayed

Expected Results

Only feature attachment is showing up in the respective section

Actual Results

Attachments from all above-mentioned items are showing up in the section

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
