[JIRAALIGN-1711] Attachments: Deleting the parent item with the attachment should result in deleting of the attachment from the storage

      Issue Summary

      When users delete the work item that contains the attachment - the attachment file persists in the storage.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Delete any work item that has the attached file of any type
      2. Check if the file persists in the DB and the file system after the parent work item was deleted

      Expected Results

      Attachment file gets deleted along with the parent work item

      Actual Results

      Attachments persist in the storage

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
