[JIRAALIGN-1700] Canceled bin - Links from Jira to Canceled work items leads to a blank page

Issue Summary

The link to Jira Align's work items created on the Jira side shows you a blank page when the work item is in the Canceled bin.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Pre-requisite:
   • Have Canceled State Mapping configured
   • Have "Allow Jira Align to create Jira issue web links" enabled
2. Set the work item to the Canceled State
3. The work item will show in the Canceled bin
4. On Jira side, click the link to Jira Align work item
5. Blank page will show

Expected Results

Show the work item grid with an informative message to the user

Actual Results

A blank page shows to the user
