      Issue Summary

      Filters and sort are misaligned in ideation portal

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to external ideation portal
      2. Notice apply filters button and sort dropdown

      Expected Results

      The sort dropdown should be aligned with the "All ideas" button and "Apply filters" should be to the right of the sort dropdown. 

      Actual Results

      The UI is all misaligned–see screenshot
