Issue Summary

When applying a filter search for risk the application isn't filtering the correct values. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1 - Navigate to risk grid
2. Step 2 - Apply filter search for risk "impact"
3. Step 3 - Compare grid values based on the applied filter
