Issue Summary

Release Progress: Report starting point is set to December 31, 1969 when PI start and End dates are in the future

Steps to Reproduce

Tech info: every element in the array consists of a pair of Date, PointsValue, like [Date.UTC(2020,3,13), 28]
Because of future date conditions, code creates elements without PointsValue like [Date.UTC(2020,3,13), ]
This is making charts to show date range starting from default date (December 1969)

Expected Results

The report starts on its Start Date.

Actual Results

The report starts on December 1969

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
