Issue Summary

This is a cosmetic issue, but, the "Help" button partly covers up the "Next" and "Last" buttons when in a list and scrolled all the way to the bottom of the page. This does not, however, interfere with the normal operation of the next and last buttons.

Steps to Reproduce

This can be reproduced on https://ac10xm1.agilecraft.com/StoryGrid?FirstTime=True&stfilter=true

#1 Log in and navigate to the Story Grid or any work item grid with a list of items that takes up multiple pages. In the ac10xm1 reproducer, the problem can be reproduced by viewing the story grid with no tier 1 filters set.

#2 Records per page must be set to 30.

#3 Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see the "next" and "last" buttons

Expected Results

Help button should be clear of the Next and Last buttons

Actual Results

The Help Button partially covers the Next and Last Buttons
